WTS is a rapidly expanding tax consultancy headquartered in Munich, and with further representation in Germany and elsewhere. Our consulting activities focus on the area of national and international corporate tax law. In addition to ongoing tax consulting and training services, we focus in particular on transaction support, global financial services, and advising companies and groups on transfer pricing and VAT issues, as well as expatriate consulting and looking after delegates on an individual basis.
Our clients include mid-sized and large international companies in Germany and elsewhere inclusing their global subsidiaries as well as affluent private clients. Via the WTS Alliance and our cooperation partners, we are able to cater for the growing global demand for consulting services on crossborder issues.
WTS is purely a tax consulting company, and we avoid the possibility of conflicts arising between auditing and consulting by offering auditing services exclusively via our cooperation partners.
Our consultants boast years of experience within the corporate tax departments of companies operating on the world stage, or with other international consulting companies. Our team is rounded off by a number of former finance department employees.
