Corporate Customs

In determining the economy of transnational product developments and the international distribution of goods in a globalised world, customs and foreign trade law still represent underestimated compliance hurdles for global companies. To help manage the ever-present risks of international trade and to avoid harmful consequences, laws and regulations must be complied with using the utmost sensitivity. Global companies only benefit fully from their internationalization if they have a tailored customs and foreign trade strategy. Often, however, they stumble over issues such as customs tariffs, customs value, origin of goods, preferences or export control.

In particular, we advise:

  • National and international companies from all sectors involved in the transnational exchange of goods and services
  • Management, sales, purchasing, development, production, logistics, tax and legal among others
